Big Island

With more than 22,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, planning a meeting at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa is a breeze. The Keauhou Convention Center is the largest meeting facility on the Kona Coast. Cap a successful business meeting with “Dinner Under the Stars.” Executive Chef Eric Lelinski makes expert use of the Keauhou Farmers Market that takes place every Wednesday at the resort. Kohala field greens, island-grown basil, Kona-style Ahi, Pahole ferns and Hamakua Spring tomatoes help create four delicious prix-fixe menus, priced at $117 - $197 per person including tax and gratuity.

Oahu

Setting the standard for hotel convention facilities on Oahu is the Sheraton Waikiki, with 26,000 square feet of unobstructed space – Waikiki’s largest indoor ballroom. The convention floor offers 15 conference rooms, some with ocean view. With the completion of its $187 million renovation in February 2010, the Sheraton Waikiki now sets the standard of sophistication and contemporary Island flair for meetings and events in Hawaii. Changes to the food and beverage menu have won the hotel numerous accolades. The culinary offerings now feature a “farm to table” concept with only the freshest local ingredients, for incomparable quality, sophistication and sustainability.

Meetings at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort, are anything but ordinary. Amid the royal elegance of the "Pink Palace of the Pacific," our professional meetings staff works arduously to create a spectacular and flawless event. Accommodating both small meetings and large social or business functions, The Royal Hawaiian has 12,000 square feet of gracefully designed indoor function space, fully equipped with modern meeting facilities. An additional 66,000 square feet of outdoor function space spans the Ocean Lawn – a pristine stretch of beach – and the Coconut Grove, the secluded retreat of Hawaii’s former kings and queens.

Spectacular views overlooking Waikiki Beach help create an intimate outdoor function at the historic Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa. Accommodating up to 250 people, additional function space in the ballroom, parlor, and boardroom provide a flexible, but comfortable location for events. The beach area of the hotel is perfect for a sunset barbeque of up to 75 people. The Moana Surfrider not only has the space for events, but also host events such as the 2nd annual “Mangoes at the Moana.” The event will kick-off on Saturday, August 7th with free festivities in an around the hotel’s property. The festivities include using mangoes in a variety of ways such as, Moana Mango Recipe Contest, Mango Farmers Demo and Tastings, and Culinary Demonstrations with Mangoes. The celebration of Mangoes at the Moana will take place until August 29th. After all the festivities are over, take a more relaxing approach at the Moana Lani Spa, which was named the Readers Choice for Best Spa 2010 by Honolulu Magazine. Each treatment room at the spa features a wood bowl filled with Alaea Hawaiian sea salt. The sea salt is known for healing and restoring powers, which is why anyone who enters the treatment rooms are encouraged to place their troubles into the wood bowl. At the end of the day, the salt is thrown out to sea, releasing all the worries.

Kauai

Located on beautiful Poipu Beach, Sheraton Kauai Resort makes planning a meeting in Hawaii easier than ever. All function rooms open up to quiet, lush gardens and water features. The oceanfront venues give groups the option of enjoying the beauty of Hawaii's oldest island under the stars. The oceanfront lawn and Poipu Beach are two of our most popular sites. Groups up to 250 can be accommodated, and flexible menus and themes allow tailoring any event in a way that makes it truly your own.

After a meeting or convention, rejuvenate at The St. Regis Princeville Resort’s Halele‘a Spa (House of Joy), an 11,000-square-foot spa that offers exclusive Hawaiian treatments. Halele‘a Spa teamed up with Maile Organics to unveil a unique range of spa treatments and a skin-care product line using Hawaiian coffee fruit – the delicate pulp surrounding the coffee beans grown right on Kauai. The coffee fruit, known to have remarkably high levels of antioxidants, is a new anti-aging treatment.
